My first visit at this restaurant and it was outstanding. My favorites of the dishes I tried were the chicken meatballs, Thai sausage, crab curry, and the Thai tea creme brulee. Service was friendly and attentive. Excellent experience and I need to return to try more of the menu.

This is a fantastic restaurant if you're looking for great service and authentic Southern Thai cuisine. The chefs at Coup de Thai are experts at their craft and the flavors that they put in our dishes hit the spot. The spice levels of some of the dishes, while quite high, added to the delicious experience we had here.

They told us they opened a month ago with a new location in Chicago, as they started in California. My friend and I had no expectations since it was new and we just saw it one day on the street. The food is creative and delicious. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. We especially liked the tom yum ceviche (never had anything like it before!), the crab curry, and the mango sticky rice. Our server Oil was terrific.
